Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber into half-moons or cubes.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes to mellow its flavor if desired.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano; toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
