Description

  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 8 corn taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and about ½ cup of water to the beef, stirring well. Simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
