Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced (about 2 lbs)
- 2 cups diced ham (pre-cooked)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
