- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, harissa paste, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
