- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend black beans, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges pull away from sides and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before lifting out and slicing.
