  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
