Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 hot dogs (beef, turkey, or veggie)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your equipment: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C) and insert skewers into each hot dog.
