  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup pine nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim brown ends, and cut larger ones in half.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Toss Brussels sprouts in the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through for even caramelization.
