  • 2 tbsp honey
  • For the Honey Butter Glaze: 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted), 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour and salt in another bowl.
  3. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add yeast mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead: Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
  6. Roll & Shape: Roll out chilled dough into a rectangle, cut triangles, and roll from base to tip.
  7. Bake & Glaze: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle baked croissants with melted butter mixed with honey.
