- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions (15-20 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and pour half of the glaze over it. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the fillets gently, pour the remaining glaze on top, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until flaky.
- Add chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
