  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by peeling and chopping the pumpkin into cubes.
