Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes into two-inch pieces. Slice cabbage and green onions.
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt half of the butter. Add cabbage and green onions; cook for about five minutes until softened.
- Add chopped potatoes, cover with enough water (about one cup), and season with salt and pepper.
