  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw puff pastry and unroll on a floured surface. Cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Wrap each strip around a horn mold, pressing lightly as you go.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before removing from molds.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  6. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream filling into each cooled horn shell and dust with powdered sugar.
