  • 1 cup acini di pepe or orzo pasta
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, and seasonings to form small meatballs. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
