  • 34 tbsp ice water
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour and cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until the dough forms; knead lightly and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out chilled dough to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into circles for tart pans.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped olives, feta cheese, and oregano. Fill each tart shell generously with the mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
