Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, egg, soy sauce, and gochujang until well combined.
- Form the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
