- 3–4 pounds boneless turkey breast
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a roasting pan with nonstick spray.
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
