  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a roasting pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
  4. Place the turkey in the roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it. Roast for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting halfway through with reserved glaze.
  5. Allow the turkey to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing; serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
