- 1/4 cup white or red miso paste

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the garlic and measuring out the other components.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the glaze over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
