Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk (whole or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed; lumps are okay.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
