- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse chicken breasts until finely minced.
- In a bowl, combine minced chicken with garlic, parsley, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
