- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced

- 3 tbsp tahini sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together tahini sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
