  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
