Description

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Mint Extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Whipped Topping
  • ½ cup Chocolate Shavings or Chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chocolate cake mix with eggs and water according to package instructions until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the top using a fork.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with mint extract and pour over the warm cake.
