- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 cup fresh mulberries (or raspberries)
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until blended. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Steep tea bags in half a cup of hot water for five minutes. Remove bags and gradually add brewed tea to the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in mulberries. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just combined.
