Ingredients

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 fresh oranges, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil filtered water in a pot over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the black tea bags for 5 minutes.
  2. Add orange slices and cinnamon sticks to the brewed tea. Allow to steep for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Let the mixture cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least one hour.
