Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round baking pans.

  3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture; beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks. Once cool, frost with buttercream and top with additional crushed Oreos.
