  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 oz strawberry jello
  • 3 oz blue raspberry jello
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the vanilla cake batter according to package instructions using eggs and water. Pour into the prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once cooled for about 10 minutes, poke holes throughout the cake using a fork or skewer.
  5. Prepare both jello flavors as per package instructions and allow them to cool slightly before pouring: pour strawberry jello over half and blue raspberry jello over the other half.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the jello is fully set.
