  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions; let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter and honey/maple syrup until smooth.
