Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour and protein powder until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey and nut butter until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, then fold in nuts and dried fruit.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing into bars.
