Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and fold gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before preparing frosting. Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy; gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
