  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture while stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and shake gently to level it out.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For the frosting, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and stir in vanilla extract until creamy.
  8. Once cooled completely, frost generously with cream cheese frosting.
