- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté sliced mushrooms in butter over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
