Instructions

- Combine pumpkin puree and melted butter with the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl; cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Punch down the dough, divide into eight pieces, roll into ropes, and shape into pretzels.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar while warm.
