- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, half the brown sugar, and cinnamon until coated.
- In another bowl, mix flour, remaining brown sugar, oats, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the pan. Layer apple mixture on top and drizzle with salted caramel.
- Sprinkle remaining crumble over the apples and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
