  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  2. Add ground pork and beef; cook until browned, breaking up clumps. Stir in minced garlic and spices.
