Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh lobster meat, chopped
- 8 soft potato slider buns
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or chives, chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, dill or chives, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without fully separating them. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and arrange them on the prepared sheet pan.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
