- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 20 gyoza wrappers (approximately)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
- ¼ cup water for steaming
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add gyoza without crowding and cook until golden brown on one side (about 3 minutes).
- Carefully add water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam for about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with a side of rice vinegar for dipping.
