  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream (for dip)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Form small meatballs (about the size of golf balls) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the Green Goddess dip by blending sour cream, avocado, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Once the meatballs are done cooking, serve them warm on a platter alongside the Green Goddess dip.
