Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, chopped strawberries, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and eggs to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with reserved strawberry pieces.
