  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, chopped strawberries, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and eggs to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
