- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry dough pieces in batches until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, pour warm honey over the fried dough while still warm; mix gently to coat.
- Toss with colorful sprinkles and serve warm or at room temperature. Drizzle with extra honey for added sweetness.
