  • 12 large button mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently and remove stems; chop stems finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped stems, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley until smooth.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
