  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them on the baking sheet.
