- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in the coffee. Sift in cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone layer by blending mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Once brownies have cooled, spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the top and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
