  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Slice cleaned squid into half-inch rings. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until combined.
