  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Kewpie mayo)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions (about 20 minutes). Let cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, and mayonnaise until smooth.
