- 1 lb lean ground turkey

- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the tops off the mini pumpkins and scoop out the seeds.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Add ground turkey, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and sage.
- Mix in toasted pine nuts and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
