Description

Valentine Jell-O Cake is a captivating dessert that combines colorful layers of fruity gelatin with rich whipped topping, creating a playful and visually stunning treat perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (3 oz) Jell-O gelatin (red or pink flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped topping (non-dairy optional)
  • Heart-shaped mold

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the Jell-O gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to the mixture, cooling it to room temperature.
  3. Pour half of the gelatin into the heart-shaped mold and refrigerate for about one hour until set.
  4. Spread half of the whipped topping over the set gelatin layer.
  5. Pour the remaining gelatin mixture on top of the whipped topping layer and refrigerate until firm, around another hour.
  6. To serve, dip the mold briefly in warm water, invert onto a plate, slice, and enjoy!
