  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup plain or Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and Parmesan until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
