Description

Valentine Raspberry Rolls are the perfect romantic dessert, combining flaky puff pastry with a luscious raspberry filling. Each warm, golden roll offers a delightful burst of flavor that will leave you and your loved ones smiling.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Splash of water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  3. In a bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mash gently, leaving some chunks for texture.
  4. Cut the rolled pastry into 4×4 inch squares. Spoon raspberry filling onto each square and fold diagonally to form triangles. Seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
