- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an eight-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in red food coloring. Gradually add cocoa powder and flour until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared pan. Dollop cheesecake mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife. Pour remaining brownie batter over it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
